About Jumpstart

Jumpstart is a leading national nonprofit organization working toward the day that every child in America enters kindergarten prepared to succeed. Since 1993, Jumpstart has brought preschool children and students together. Today, Jumpstart programs across the country have trained more than 45,000 college students and community volunteers who have helped prepare nearly 100,000 children for kindergarten success.
